Why Poet Ntwadumela Fashion?

Why Poet Ntwadumela?

Because we provide...Opportunities to share your faith in culture.

Because we believe...Poetry is an artistic communication of truth. So, our poetic fashion can be a Christian truth expressed into culture.

Because we understand...Fashion is the poetry we wear and place in our surroundings, the first communication of our poem to the world around us.

Because we know...Christians are a diverse community of unique individuals who are united in one body by the authentic truth of scripture.

Because we proclaim..."You have come to Jesus, the one who mediates the new covenant between God and people, and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks of forgiveness instead of crying out for vengeance like the blood of Abel." Hebrews 12:24 New Living Translation

Ntwadumela (En-twai-du-mela) means “He who greets with fire” in the Swahili language. God’s grace and presence is depicted in scripture so often from the burning bush and pillar of fire associated with Moses to the tongues of Fire on the day of Pentecost that launched the early church.

Poet Ntwadumela means one who greets with the love and power of God. It is a brand dedicated to providing us with opportunities to express the love of Jesus boldly and lovingly. To speak to the culture, we must use the relevant messaging of the culture. Fashion messaging is one of the most effective ways to express Jesus in organic and original ways.

Serving you as you express your God given poem into creation is our passion. We serve the fashion poet with our unique brand of poetry inspired products and content. We are more than just another retail brand. We are your Christian life boutique.

Just as a poet writes poetry to express a message into community, you and I are God’s poem created to express His message into Creation. The word rendered workmanship in Ephesians 2:10 in many translations is in the original Greek poiema. Poiema is where we get our English word poem. We are God’s crafted expression. Each of us our both God’s poem and God’s poet as we express a life of faith in culture.

Together, we can share the love of Jesus where we are.
